Wouldn't It Be Nice?

I love that old Beach Boys classic: "Wouldn't It Be Nice" and that has me thinking. Wouldn't it be nice if all lotions were as good as Hemperor? Wouldn't it be nice to always have a Brown Sugar tan? Wouldn't it be nice if all nail polish was a good as China Glaze? Wouldn't it be nice to always have access to all of these top notch name brands for less? Oh wait, it's already nice at Lotion Source!

Vacation In The Hot Sun?

Great question this morning from Tim: "I am going on a Cruise in a few weeks and have been prepping with Sun Sauce Diamond ultra dark at the tanning salon. What do you recommend for the Caribbean sun to continue tanning without burning?Thanks for your help,Tim" 

I always recommend that you build up the darkest tan that you can (your natural sun protection) before such a trip by using a great lotion and tan enhancing moisturizer daily as well as tan enhancer pills. Then once out in that sunshine you will want a solid SPF like Hemp SPF 30 to protect you from sunburn. You should also continue using the moisturizer for tanners to keep your skin moisturized and healthy and tan. We also carry a wide variety of lip balms to protect those sensitive areas out in the sun. We do also have sunburn coolers just in case you do stay out a little too long. Have a great trip Tim!

Lotion On The Week!

My pick of the week has to be Vanilla Plum Hempz Lotion! This lotion smells wonderful but more importantly I love the way it feels on my face. Hempz has a history of great lotions but this one is amazing.

Did you know that many store bought moisturizers have drying alcohol in them? The reason is so that you will use more and more of their cheap lotion and buy more. What's the point of moisturizing if it makes you more dry? Hempz Lotion gives you 12 hour moisturization. Take it from me, I use it twice a day!
